Delivery (small package:< 2 kg) = € 4.90

For deliveries from 10 kg to 20 kg shipping weight. The goods will be sent to you by parcel service (DPD). As soon as your delivery has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive an email from DPD with the details of the delivery and the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment at any time.

Delivery (bulk package:< 10 kg) = € 9.90

For deliveries from 20 kg to 30 kg shipping weight. The goods will be sent to you by parcel service (DPD). As soon as your delivery has been handed over to the parcel service, you will receive an email from DPD with the details of the delivery and the tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment at any time.

 

Shipping partner DPD

In order to guarantee you a safe and reliable delivery, we send our products with DPD. In individual cases, for example, if a shipment takes place directly from the manufacturer, or due to the size of the goods, delivery by DPD is not possible

The delivery will be made to the delivery address you specified.

Tracking / parcel tracking

After the goods have been dispatched, we will send you the tracking code for your shipment, which you can use to view the delivery status of your shipment on the DPD website or the other transport company. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Undeliverable packages

If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive a reminder from DPD by email or phone. If a package cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will unfortunately be returned to us.

14 days return shipping

Returns within Austria are free of charge for our customers! Returns that are to be sent with a forwarding agent are excluded. Please note the following information:

  • In order to be able to guarantee a fast and perfect return processing, we ask you to send us a short e-mail to office@quarttolino.com. You will then receive a return slip from us at short notice.
  • Please print out the return label, stick it clearly visible on the parcel and hand it in at a DPD parcel shop or a post office of your choice.
  • To avoid transport damage, we recommend that you use the original packaging. If possible, always send the item back in its entirety and in the original packaging.
  • Please keep the DPD delivery note in a safe place as it serves as proof of the return.
