How do we redeem the voucher?

  • For the normal online ordering process, please simply enter the voucher code in the appropriate field and confirm your entry by clicking on the “Apply voucher” button

How can I check the balance of my voucher?

  • If you have a QuarttoLino account, you can check the remaining balance using the link we sent in the email.
  • You can also find out the remaining credit in your last order confirmation. The remaining credit on the voucher will be displayed there.

Can the voucher also be used to pay VAT and shipping costs?

  • Yes, the voucher will be offset against the total amount of the order. The total amount of the order includes VAT and the corresponding shipping charges.

Can I combine discount codes with a voucher card?

  • Most discount codes cannot be combined with gift cards.

How long is the QuarttoLino gift voucher valid?

Does the right of return change when using a voucher code?
